Why I do what I do~

I have an interest in alternative approaches to medicine as a direct impact of my mother. She was always interested in nutrition and holistic approaches to medical treatment. I researched meditative practices and learned about yoga and was certified as a Pranic healer in 2016. My mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and she decided not to receive traditional treatments. I used what knowledge I could to support her, though I did not at the time have knowledge about massage. Though she was given two weeks to live at the time of diagnosis she survived for another four cherished years. Through this experience I developed a growing passion to support people through a holistic pathway. I have met a lot of people who are impacted by stress and may not understand the benefits of bodywork and the impact it has on one’s health. I personally used to think massage was something people only did on vacations, not something that should be done on a regular basis for wellness. Then I learned about Polarity and started getting regular sessions. Once I saw the effects it had on my own health and levels of stress as well as on those around me, I was hooked. I completed the holistic massage program at Spa Tech Institute in September 2024 and started Rich and Tranquil Scapes to be able to give back by giving comfort to people around me who are experiencing stress and other ailments and could benefit from holistic therapies.

My mission is to be able to provide relief and relaxation to my clients using massage and Polarity therapy, tailoring each session to your specific needs. In a soothing environment that is safe and nurturing, I will work with you to help you return to your own inner tranquility.
